We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and we're here to make the return and refund process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

 

OUR RETURN PHILOSOPHY

1. Our Commitment to You

We stand behind every product we sell. Every item in the Boomer Vital catalog is carefully selected for quality, safety, and durability. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will do our best to make it right.

Our goal is simple if you're not happy, we're not happy. We believe in transparent, hassle-free returns because we want every customer to shop with complete confidence.

 

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return Window: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Personalized or custom-ordered products
  • Opened personal hygiene or bathroom safety items (for health and safety reasons)
  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Start Your Return

Returning an item with Boomer Vital is quick and straightforward. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us Email our customer support team at support@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective products)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Pack & Ship Your Return Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Step 4; Confirmation & Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued:

  • Items returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging
  • Products showing signs of use beyond initial inspection
  • Returns received outside the 30-day window (at our discretion)

Non-Refundable Charges:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

5. Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or defective. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we will make it right immediately.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@gmail.com.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Do not discard the original packaging it may be required for carrier claims

Upon verification, we will offer you one of the following resolutions at no additional cost:

  • Full replacement of the item
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases (if preferred)

 

6. Received the Wrong Item?

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received.

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or model, please:

  1. Return the original item following our standard return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved

This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing of your new order. If you need help selecting the right product, our support team is happy to assist.

 

8. Order Cancellations

Body Copy: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund within 3–5 business days
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process
